About the Role
This position is responsible for all small-studio flow, but in relation to our SLA management, contracts, and making sure new and existing Clients are working within our required timeframes. Reporting to the VP of Growth and working directly with Head of Client Services, this position is focused on capacity planning and working queues.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
Responsibilities:
• Maintain awareness of upcoming Launches (focus on partners with hard live dates and rich marketing campaigns)
• Involves reporting internally if any delays are noted
• Involves reporting externally to Client if unrealistic turnarounds are being logged
• Escalate potential delays to appropriate team members as needed
• Work closely with Client Services, maintain awareness of current capacity
• Evaluate new orders to Portal, escalate if large order is entered that may be outside capacity capabilities provided
• Participate in weekly Business Development / Client Services check-in call to discuss outliers
• Monthly review of order system clean-up
• Canceling stagnant orders
• Keeping queues clean
• Communicating as needed to Clients
• Month reporting provided to Biz Dev managers
• Measuring Premiere's performance and turnaround times
• Are we hitting SLAs
• Capacity planning and forecasting
Required Skills:
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proficient knowledge with relevant legal requirements and regulations

Qualifications:
Education:
• High school diploma or GED required.
