Digital Media Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Secure intake and delivery of digital assets into the platforms per service specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production media asset workflows.
• Evaluate metadata reports and resolve basic issues with internal/external teams.
• Assist with initiatives to improve media asset intake, review, and distribution processes.
• Monitor and manage a high-volume, time-sensitive order queue.
• Ensure source assets are restored as required.
• Validate metadata, image, video, audio, and timed text against specifications.
• Package source assets and metadata as per service profiles.
• Communicate rejections to appropriate teams and maintain servicing logs.
• Verify the integrity of deliverables before distribution.
• Meet project deadlines as needed.
Required Skills:
