About the Role
Premiere Digital is seeking an Asset Management Lead to join us,
to service the AMP2 Asset Management & Preservation group,
Systems and Master Data team. Responsibilities include strategic
oversight and team deployment on all TV title related materials
ingest to support our digital supply chain process and related
tools. We're growing and urge you to apply. The Video Operations
group focuses on creating the premiere video experience for all
content types, with impact throughout the industry, for a
worldwide digital audience. Ideal candidates are not only
passionate about entertainment, but also care deeply about the
customer experience, and can contribute to a diverse organization
with expertise in Partner Relations, TV App Services, Video
Services, Technical Operations, and Quality Control.
Responsibilities:
The Asset Management Lead will be responsible for executing and
overseeing the following:
• Assist in defining SOPs for supply chain activities
• Informing key decisions in asset management tasks
• Assist with the tracking, and verification of Apple TV title
deliverables
• Work with mastering, localization, and creative teams or
third-party clients/ vendors on ensuring delivery of expected
title delivery
• Govern and inspect ingest dashboard and related tools & systems
and work closely with the Ingest Ops Manager to unblock any
supply chain movement(s).
• Monitor asset validations and audits to verify the integrity of
all assets/element types (Order Management tool) • Support change
management related to updates to validation Specifications
• Creatively resolve any 'blockers' to enable expected delivery
dates
• Keen knowledge of all feature/episodic deliverables (native and
localized) • Comprehensive understanding of studio production
workflows
• Design and generate reporting / metrics as necessary
• Demonstrate working knowledge of deadline driven results
• Have had experience in distribution of studio related assets to
various end points
• UX enhancement suggestions to supply chain tools
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Management
???Required Skills:
• You have a strong knowledge of digital supply chain workflows,
tasks, and specifications.
• You have experience in asset ingest governance.
• You are familiar with studio asset lifecycles: post, mastering,
and distribution
• You are knowledgeable in the full suite of typical film and/or
episodic deliverables (native and localized)
• You are familiar with avail dates, and are proven to
accommodate
• You are comfortable translating technical requirements to those
unfamiliar
• You are able to work well under pressure/tight deadlines
• You are highly organized and attentive to detail
• You are a collaborative and communicative team player
• You are willing to work in a changing and evolving environment
Education and Experience:
* College education preferred
* Additionally 5 years' experience in Production, Post
Production, Mastering, Localization, and/or Distribution.'' />
