Precision Lasers is a premier laser show company that provides cutting-edge laser rental equipment and design/operations services for concerts, films, music videos, corporate events, and more. We are looking for a talented and driven Salesperson to join our team and help us expand our client base.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven salesperson eager to grow with us. Sales experience and the ability to build strong client relationships are essential, while industry-specific experience is a plus but not required. We're looking for someone enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to take initiative. Drive and eagerness to learn matter more to us than specific industry background.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in concerts, films, music videos, and corporate events.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with event organizers and production companies.
Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales.
Familiarity with laser technology, lighting design, or event production is a plus.
Existing network within event production companies or related industries is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel to client meetings, events, and trade shows.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary, dependent on experience
Commission: a percentage of each deal closed, dependent on experience
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Reflective of individual performance and growth
