Job Description
Precious Minutes is seeking an Intern to provide support to the Founder, who successfully leverages his knowledge in brand development and management to create new marketing, strategic partnerships, and product extension opportunities, driving innovation for clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for staying current on trends in pop culture, entertainment, and media/marketing with the drive to continue learning and expanding their knowledge. This individual will also be eager to learn and work across various verticals including, but not limited to, sports (boxing), licensing, and TV/film. A general understanding of the entertainment industry and a keen sense of cultural events is essential.
Additional Responisbilities
• Administrative duties include, but are not limited to coordinating meetings, calendar maintenance, tracking projects, organizing schedules, booking travel (as needed)
• Responding to client calls and emails, ensuring continued progress of client workflow and meeting project deadlines, in addition to the coordination of logistics around client events
• Project research and insights, creative ideation/brainstorming, assisting with presentation development and design
• Note-taking and listening in on client calls with the Founder, as needed
• Developing systems for tracking and informing clients on various projects/campaigns
