Description
Post Hub is currently seeking a fun, meticulous, process-driven Client Services Administrative Assistant to join us. In this position you are responsible for making sure the CEO keeps his head on straight, the sales and management staff are supported, and most importantly, the clients feel loved. Acting as the hub for the Hub, you'll have a window into all departments, help us better service our wide variety of clients, and become an important voice in the growth of the company.
Your Responsibilities and Duties include
• Light Administration such as directing incoming calls and managing the ''office'' - physically and remote.
• Assisting account managers to capture and process client needs.
• Assisting the CEO in coordinating sales, operational, and external meetings.
• Maintain notes and follow-up tasks after each meeting.
• Finalize distributor requests after initial services are provided.
• Create and manage an exceptional experience for our clients.
• Possible travel.
'MUST HAVES' TO WORK WITH US
• Must have the passion to learn about the film and tv industry - specifically post-production and distribution.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in general office support.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to come into the office as needed (with mask!).
• Possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with incredible follow-up.
• Must know your way around a computer (plugging in hard drives, general troubleshooting)
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Current ability to utilize, schedule, and navigate virtual meetings via Skype, MS Teams, Slack, Zoom, etc.
• Must be a highly dependable self-starter, able to juggle multiple tasks under pressure, prioritize and respond in a composed professional manner.
• Must be resourceful and have great problem-solving skills.
OUR PREFERENCES, BUT NOT THE END OF THE WORLD IF YOU DIDN'T:
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree.
• A working knowledge of motion picture and television production and/or post-production industry.
• Multi-Lingual.
JUST A FEW MORE DETAILS:
Currently, this position is primarily remote as we all work from home (WFH), however, you will be required to go into the office to check mail, take deliveries, and general 'office' duties like filing. It's not often, but it does happen. The office is in Woodland Hills, CA.
