Account Coordinator - Actively seeking a detail oriented Account Coordinator to assist with project management in the Post Production realm working with major studios and independents. Some weekend and evening work may be required.
Primary responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with customers/clients
Create timelines, budgets, and work orders for projects
Discuss and assist in the development of workflows internally with engineers, operators, and management
Track and schedule projects throughout the facility to ensure deadlines are met
Create and update Excel-based documents for long term projects
Wrap work orders at projects conclusion to ready for billing
Suggest alternate or more effective workflows to enhance productivity and profitability
Ability to advise and educate clients on new services available
Qualifications:
BA or BS Degree preferred
1+ year of experience working with clients in entertainment industry, specifically post-production
General knowledge of post production including Mastering, Localization, dubbing, video encode and transcode, audio conform, and subtitling
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be a team player
Must be able to prioritize and multitask on a daily basis
Must be able to communicate succinctly and efficiently via email and internal/external spreadsheets/tracking documents
Must be flexible and able to work extended hours when required to meet project deadlines
Knowledge of Xytech/Media Pulse a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
