Intern - Film Producing

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

This internship will require 10 hours of work per week and will run for a four month cycle.

Positive Identity is a social advocacy film/media organization rooted in positive race relations. We create our own content and also lift up the positive things folks from all different communities are doing to dismiss the mainstream media's vilification of our most marginalized communities. Our goal is to change the publics perception and create unity through our work, because positive perception brings about positive action. At this pivotal time in history, we are currently looking for a producer to join our team as an intern, contributing their ability to organize, communicate, and execute projects, making sure sets run smoothly and we reach deadlines. Other than working on set in the greater Los Angeles area, this internship will be fully remote as we communicate through slack and zoom meetings. Our intern will develop their communication and creative producing skills, while working in a collaborative atmosphere to meet deadlines and bring projects with powerful messages to life.
