Production Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an energetic creative talent to assist in our Los Angeles offices and studio. We run a fast-paced production environment and are looking for someone positive and solution-oriented who can contribute to both the studio production and office administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the studio producer with production-related tasks (such as booking guests and following up with them, making sure that everything is ready before talent arrives to the studio, handling last-minute changes to the production schedule, etc)
• Assisting during recordings (onboarding guests, teaching them how to use VR controllers, etc)
• Assisting with the creation of promotion materials for social media (recording behind-the-scenes content, editing and posting videos and images, etc).
• Assisting with practical everyday tasks at the office - Running errands (such as picking up equipment, arranging lunch and other essentials)

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED

• Degree in film/TV production and/or 1 year minimum of professional experience in these fields
• Proficient in Google Suite (especially Google Docs and Google Sheets)
• Highly knowledgeable in the biggest social media platforms
• Professional attitude and outstanding social skills
• Solution-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute changes
• Must be flexible, as working hours differ depending on production schedule

PREFERRED

• Experience with VR gear (ideally in a recording environment)
• Ability to contribute creative content ideas
• Interest in games and TV
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro?
