Summary of Position: POP is currently seeking a Creative Services Coordinator. The role will support the Sr. Producer, check-in with the design and animation teams for status updates and interface with tech and operations.
Responsibilities:
• Work with on/off-air team creatives
• Input/update projects into automated system
• Manage projects/scheduling/trafficking
• Keep track of incoming tapes/assets
• Set-up freelancers
• Photo management / distribution
• Manage calendar, travel arrangements and process expense reports
• Handle general department needs
Experience & Skills:
• 1 - 2 years' experience in the OAP/Graphics and Post Production
• Must be a self-starter who is very organized and can keep cool under fire
• Highly proficient in Mac and PC software; including Word and Excel
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
