Point.360 is currently seeking self-motivated, focused and detail oriented individuals to join our project-based roster of QC operators. The ideal candidates will possess the ability to work proficiently in a fast paced environment, and provide thorough QC evaluations of content.
Job Requirements:
-Minimum 3-4 years experience in Mastering Quality Control of Features & Episodic Television (4K/UHD, High Definition and NTSC/PAL Standards).
-Ability to accurately evaluate anomalies and artifacts based upon company guidelines, and generate accurate and detailed reports.
-Extensive working knowledge of the set-up and operations of various standard definition / high definition tape & file based formats.
-Fundamental technical knowledge/experience in such areas as color correction, audio, digital tape duplication, file metadata, encoding and editing.
-Must possess excellent communication and organization skills (both written and oral), adept at problem solving and have the ability to multi-task with great attention to detail.
-Knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Avid, DaVinci Resolve, Clipster, and Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel preferred.
-Flexibility to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice when needed.
