Marketing Coordinator, Brand Marketing (Experiential)
PMK• BNC New York is seeking a well-rounded integrated Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing division. This position works with the Marketing, Creative, and Content & Programming agency teams dedicated to the overall support of a top-tier global technology client. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious and detail-oriented with superb administrative skills. A general understanding of brand & experiential marketing, different media channels and integrated marketing strategy is advantageous and a thorough understanding of how it connects to popular culture is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Support marketing team with an array of deliverables and administrative tasks, including project tracking documents, PowerPoint presentation decks, vendor management, budget tracking & invoice processing, drafting vendor contracts and staff expense reports.
• Participate in internal and client-related meetings, calls and presentations and create pertinent meeting notes and summaries, as well as update weekly client reports and PowerPoint decks
• Facilitate support for marketing & programming-related projects across platforms and channels, including grass-roots/community promotions, media (owned, earned & paid), digital, content, creative and strategic planning
• Manage photo and video capture, as well as creative assets, for marketing & programming initiatives, including onsite management of vendors on an as needed basis
• Support digital and print creative production needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal agency, partner agency and client teams
Requirements:
• 1 years of relevant experience at an agency or at an entertainment firm. Experience in client service and/or media planning is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily with Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is a must; proficiency or familiarity with Adobe Suite preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and multi task between administrative and client-related deliverables on a constant basis
• Works well under pressure with tight deadlines
• Diligent, analytical, and pays strong attention to detail
• Responds well to direction and appreciates constructive advice, while also able to proactively anticipate and address needs without specific instruction
