PMK• BNC New York is currently seeking an Assistant to support our digital and influencer marketing team, VOWEL. Candidate must be a self-starter, able to multi-task on several moving parts and prioritize multiple running projects. Must be an excellent writer, forward-thinking, and have creative skills.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute influencer campaigns: industry research, internal vetting, contracting, asset development, tracking and reporting.  Possible outreach.
• Create pitch decks, wrap up reports, campaign decks; with direction
• Execute analytical deep dives for pitching and reporting.
• Manage client contracts, invoices and SOWs.
• Thoroughly analyze influencer campaigns for Key Learnings and spot new opportunities by tracking success, reading comments, comparing engagements, etc.
• Creative research; be on the forefront of creative content
• Scope out and report on Social campaigns by competitors
• Influencer targeting: search for new influencers synergistic to specific campaigns/brands
• Regularly maintain and update internal databases: influencers, vendors
• Administrative support, including scheduling/coordinating meetings, booking travel, and completing expense reports
• Draft briefing documents or Run-of-show docs as needed by team and client
• Regularly develop and maintain media contact lists and databases

• Support onsite at events, coordination of logistics, and all stages of programming
• Maintain supply of client-related materials and documents
• Coordinate mass mailings, shipments, messengers
• Possible travel 

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1 year experience at a PR agency preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with developing and executing social influencer marketing campaigns
• Deep understanding and passion with the world of digital
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, cursory knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Sincere interest and knowledge of the social media space including: influencer knowledge, platform identification and usage and timely knowledge of trends
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills are a must
• Takes initiative and is resourceful
