PMK• BNC's Los Angeles office is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Brand Communications team. This position will be assisting the leaders of PMK• BNC's Brand Communications department and the client's administration needs. Candidate must be a self-starter, be able to multi-task several moving parts, and prioritize multiple running projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining and coordinating busy schedules for two Senior Vice Presidents
• Administrative support, including scheduling/coordinating meetings, booking travel, and completing expense reports
• Clear understanding of client accounts (in consumer and lifestyle), organizational structure, and business needs
• Maintain supply of client-related materials and documents
• Regularly develop and maintain media contact lists and databases
• Read daily, weekly, monthly and online publications to identify client-relevant media coverage, including competitive market and industry information
• Pitch/interact with media as deemed necessary by account team leader
• Draft briefing documents as needed by team and client
• Prepare clip reports and summaries as needed by team and client
• Coordinate mass mailings, shipments, messengers
• Contribute to client brainstorms with creative ideas
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations or Marketing
• 1 year experience at an agency a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is a must
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills are a must
• Responsive and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Takes initiative and is resourceful
• Excellent team player
