Summary
PMG is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Talent + Partnerships Intern to assist in organizing and driving talent initiatives and partnership opportunities across multiple platforms. We're seeking an individual who is passionate about social media trends and has a eye for talent to assist on PMG's Talent + Partnerships team. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn more about the creator economy and grow their skillset with an innovative company like PMG. A successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in communication, time management, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Closely working alongside the team on a variety of day-to-day talent support & admin tasks.
• Coordinating logistics, managing schedules for meetings, calls, & other obligations.
• Learn and assist in identifying and recruiting new talent.
• Collaborating with other departments, and freelancers, consulting clients as needed.
• Updating talent bios, stats, and content examples for use in pitches.
• Learn and assist in the pitching process.

Qualifications
• Fluent in Google Suite & Social Media Platforms
• Must be enrolled at an accredited university for the duration of the internship
• Must be able to receive academic credit
• General knowledge of top creators/influencers on each of the social media & video platforms
• Must be able to dedicate at least 15 hours and maintain a regular schedule
• Must be able to work remotely due to Covid
