Job Description

Summary
PMG is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Talent + Partnerships Intern to assist in organizing and driving talent initiatives and partnership opportunities across multiple platforms. We're seeking an individual who is passionate about social media trends and has an eye for talent to assist PMG's Talent + Partnerships team. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn more about the creator economy and grow their skillset with an innovative company like PMG. A successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in communication, time management, collaboration, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Closely working alongside the team on a variety of day-to-day talent support & admin tasks.
• Coordinating logistics, and managing schedules for meetings, calls, & other obligations.
• Learn and assist in identifying and recruiting new talent.
• Collaborating with other departments, and freelancers, consulting clients as needed.
• Learn and assist in the pitching process.
• Manage casting submissions & project execution
• Build and manage contacts across a variety of verticals
• Update and process client materials and paperwork
• Interact with the Accounting department to track money due to clients
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
• Fluent in Google Suite & Social Media Platforms
• General knowledge of top creators/influencers on each of the social media & video platforms
• Internships at digital media and talent agencies is a plus
• Excellent written & communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Nimble and flexible to succeed in a fast-paced environment and handle ad hoc requests
• Self-starter with the ability to think and work creatively and strategically
