• Manage a comprehensive, accurate inventory of video, photography, lighting, and grip equipment, including asset tagging and data maintenance
• Ensure damaged or aging equipment is repaired, replaced, or retired appropriately
• Design and maintain efficient, intuitive storage layouts and organizational systems
Technical & Vendor Collaboration
• Oversee technology upgrades, firmware updates, and equipment repairs, coordinating with vendors and rental houses as needed
• Collaborate with engineers, production partners, and external vendors to support studio infrastructure
• Stay current on production technology trends and evaluate new tools and equipment
Guest & Talent Experience
• Serve as main point of contact for visiting producers, photographers, crew, talent, and publicists

• Coordinate deliveries of rented equipment, sets, backgrounds, and catering
Budgeting & Purchasing
• Manage departmental capital and expense purchases within approved budgets
• Research, recommend, and purchase equipment and technical furniture to best serve multiple teams
• Oversee replenishment of expendables and daily production supplies
Daily Studio Support
• Provide hands-on support with studio setup and breakdown as needed
• Ensure studios are reset at the end of each day: equipment stored properly, spaces clean and production-ready
• Confirm all equipment is accounted for and secured
• Maintain cyc walls and floors, including painting as required
What You Bring

• Advanced technical knowledge of cameras, lighting systems, video distribution, and DMX-based environments
