• Implement and maintain data quality frameworks, automated testing, and monitoring systems to ensure enterprise-grade data reliability and pipeline health
• Develop advanced analytics solutions including customer segmentation and propensity modeling, then communicate actionable insights through compelling summaries that drive business strategy
• Lead AI-first development practices by leveraging coding assistants and agents to optimize workflows, automate routine tasks, and accelerate time-to-value for data products
• Partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels, SaaS vendors, and data providers to translate business requirements into robust data solutions
• Maintain enterprise security standards and data privacy protocols while managing complex stakeholder data processes in regulated environments
• As part of a team, support break/fix scenarios when necessary and serve in an on-call rotation
Qualifications
You do not need to check every box for the experience below. If you are passionate about this opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
• 5 years of experience with Snowflake data warehousing (advanced features, performance optimization) and AWS services (S3, Lambda, data orchestration)
• 5 years in Python for data engineering and expert-level SQL across multiple platforms with query optimization and performance tuning
• Experience with GCP/BigQuery for analytics workloads and Looker for dashboard creation and LookML development
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable data pipelines that integrate diverse sources (SalesForce, NetSuite, APIs, S3) with automated scheduling and monitoring capabilities
• Expertise implementing data quality frameworks, automated testing, and observability using dbt and Monte Carlo for transformation modeling, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD integration
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and agents to optimize workflows, automate routine tasks, and accelerate development
• Understanding of data privacy, security protocols, and experience with stakeholder-managed data processes in enterprise environments
