We value automated testing, professional growth, and consistently delivering high-quality work.
As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.

• Establish best practices for AI-assisted development across the engineering team
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues including performance bottlenecks in JavaScript code running at scale and coordinate with external ad tech vendors to implement solutions
• As part of a team, supporting break/fix scenarios when necessary and serve in an on-call rotation
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and deploy containerized applications to AWS Fargate
• Create intelligent automation workflows that reduce manual development overhead using AI-powered tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and maintain code quality through automated testing and peer review
Qualifications
You do not need to check every box for the experience below. If you are passionate about this opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
• 5 years of JavaScript development experience with focus on performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility at scale
• 3 years of PHP development experience with strong knowledge of WordPress and Laravel frameworks for building advertising systems

• 1 years of hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and AI-powered development workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
• Experience troubleshooting complex third-party integrations and coordinating with external vendors
• DevOps experience including Docker containerization, GitHub Actions CI/CD, and AWS deployments
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices architecture for high-throughput advertising workflows
