Publisher Operations Coordinator
PMC
Los Angeles, CAThis is a Full Time Job
As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture. This position can be based in either Midtown Manhattan or West Los Angeles.
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Publisher Operations Coordinator to join the PMX Collective Publisher Operations team. This is a junior-level role and a great opportunity for someone interested in building a career in digital media, advertising technology, or publisher operations.
In this role, you will help onboard and support digital publishers and advertising technology partners that participate in the PMX Collective ecosystem. You will work closely with Publisher Operations, Programmatic, and Engineering teams to help ensure new partners are set up correctly, technical integrations run smoothly, and day-to-day operational needs are addressed.
You do not need to be an expert in programmatic advertising or our internal technology on day one. We are looking for someone who is organized, curious, comfortable working with data and technology, and eager to learn how digital advertising platforms operate.
What You’ll Do:
• Support the onboarding and setup of advertising technology partners, including testing integrations and confirming that configurations are working as expected
• Assist with onboarding new publisher partners and coordinating the steps required to launch them successfully
• Support publishers using our internal technology platform and help coordinate operational requests and troubleshooting
• Monitor advertising partner performance and help identify issues or opportunities for improvement
• Track implementations, launches, open requests, and other operational activities to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate onboarding, implementations, and issue resolution
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation, processes, and operational records
• Partner with Publisher Operations, Programmatic, and Engineering teams on new platform capabilities, partner launches, and ongoing operations
• Learn the fundamentals of programmatic advertising, publisher monetization, and advertising technology while developing hands-on industry experience
What We’re Looking For
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow projects through to completion
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, technology platforms, and operational processes
• A proactive approach to identifying questions, issues, and next steps
• Curiosity and an interest in learning about digital advertising, media, and technology
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Prior internship or professional experience in digital media, advertising, technology, operations, account management, or a related field is helpful but not required

At PMC, we believe working in a highly collaborative, office-first environment fosters real-time communication, spontaneous idea sharing, and stronger interpersonal relationships that drive innovation and team cohesion. PMC prioritizes in-person collaboration and does not offer remote-only roles.
