PM C: Assistant Treasurer
In this newly created role, the Assistant Treasurer will report to the Corporate Treasurer and dotted line to the CFO in many aspects of banking, reconciliation, and cash forecasting. To help determine best practices, processes and efficiencies as our company continues to grow both organically and through acquisition.
As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture. This position is based in our West Los Angeles Headquarters.
Responsibilities:
• Independently manage daily operations of multiple bank accounts
• Prepare weekly cash forecasts for multiple entities
• Assist accounting team with bank accounts, AR, AP and other reconciliations
• Manage KYC processes of multiple bank accounts
• Analyze receipts and payments for proper classification
• Analyze bank fees and make suggestions for efficiencies
• Prepare and review debt covenant compliance
• Monthly cash roll forwards and daily cash balance reporting
• Other ad hoc projects including cash forecasting platform implementation or upgrade
Qualifications (Required)
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Treasury
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Treasury management
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Qualifications (Preferred)
• NetSuite or equivalent ERP
• Highradius or equivalent cash forecasting tools
• Blackline or equivalent account reconciliation tools
• Merchant Services Management
• Good communication and customer service oriented

Salary/Benefits
$100,000 - $110,000 /year USD
