Description:

Pluto TV is seeking a VP of Media & Acquisition to lead full funnel paid media and off-platform growth marketing for the business. This executive will be responsible for driving both demand generation and demand capture, managing a sizable budget across all channels with a team of marketers, media and performance marketing specialists. The role requires expertise in media mix, channel optimization, and incrementality to drive meaningful and sustainable user growth. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned media executive who has deep experience across all aspects of the marketing funnel, from reach and awareness to conversion and tune in. Together with internal and external partners you will help Pluto achieve ambitious growth goals and our mission of Entertaining the Planet.

Role Details:

â- Serve as the strategic leader for all off platform media and growth marketing spend to optimize the organization's goals: increase awareness, increase quality user acquisition, drive tune in and increase customer LTV over time

â- Lead a team of marketing and media specialists to manage the the day-to-day of core marketing programs by providing strategic insight into channel optimization, audience targeting and investment strategies

â- Partner with Brand, Content, Lifecycle and Creative Marketing teams to develop innovative cross-channel marketing campaigns to grow to develop media plans that build buzz and awareness that deliver on awareness, viewership and growth KPIs

â- Demonstrated practical knowledge and deep understanding of all integrated media channel planning (Video, Audio, Outdoor, Print, Social, and Digital, including direct and programmatic/biddable media)

â- Lead our agency relationships inclusive of strategy, planning, operations, and budget management, ensuring all agencies are working cohesively to deliver best in class go-to-market campaigns

â- Collaborate with marketing leaders across Paramount Global to determine the right opportunities to promote Pluto TV Partner and reach target audiences across the Paramount footprint

â- Recruit, inspire, and lead a diverse and talented team of marketers while cultivating an environment of warm candor and breakthrough performance

Job Qualifications:

â- Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus

â- 15 years marketing experience working in media, with at least 5 years experience on the client side and managing a team

â- Strong marketing experience across upper and lower funnel with a deep understanding of how to use data and insights to inform the media planning process

â- Previous responsibility managing a media budget >$100M

â- Best-in-class collaboration skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely

â- Inspirational leader, with a history of recruiting and nurturing top marketing talent

â- Relevant industry experience within entertainment, streaming preferred
