Overview and Responsibilities
The Monetization Manager, Viewers works closely with Product, BI, Growth teams to craft, measure, monitor and optimize monetization strategies of Viewer Experience. This role will report to the VP, Monetization.
• Working across teams to define, collect, and track monetization KPIs and initiatives
• Writing actionable business requirement documentation (BRD) for Product, BI & Engineering teams
• Gathering & analyzing monetization KPIs across Pluto User Experiences
• Presenting monetization KPIs and recommendations to Pluto teams
• Keeping current on external market monetization trends & opportunities
Basic Qualifications
• You think like a Viewer, but know your opinion is one among many.
• You love Data, playing with data, deep diving data, etc.
• Technical documentation interests you… really, it does.
• Optimization makes you happy & you don’t like to be grumpy.
• You know how to motivate people without being obnoxious.
• Extensive data analysis experience
• Cross-team communication and coordination experience
• Experiment design experience, hypothesis and quantitative analysis
• UX product/engineering experience (preferred)
• PRD or BRD writing experience
• SQL fluent (wizard preferred)
• Tableau (or equivalent) fluent
