Part-Time Intern

Platinum Rye Entertainment (PRE) is an entertainment marketing consultancy firm, specializing in branded entertainment, the procurement of celebrity talent and the licensing of music and other copyrighted properties for use in advertising, public relations efforts, special events and promotional campaigns. PRE represents dozens of Fortune 500 companies, either directly or through their marketing communications agencies, connecting its brands to the power of entertainment, music, fashion and sports. PRE's client roster includes Procter & Gamble, Pepsico, Kraft, MillerCoors, Visa Inc., Cadbury, DIRECTV and others, most of whom use PRE as their exclusive source for celebrity talent procurement and music/property licensing.

Seeking a personable intern in our Manhattan office who is creative, articulate, good at taking direction, and can keep up in a fast paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for office management, online researching/ sourcing, updating PRE's database (i.e. entering talent background information and updated projects into our talent database), research/ outreach to talent and experts for campaigns, creating client presentations, duties and mailings.

Qualifications:
• Superior computer skills, database applications and search engines
• Organization and attention to detail are a must for this position
• Excellent follow-up skills and outstanding work ethic

We are looking for eager, hard-working students, who have an understanding of and previous experience in the entertainment and public relations industry. Candidates must also be able to commit to 2-3 days a week (of course we are flexible with students' class schedules).
