Creative Editor / Post Production Lead

This is a Full Time Job

This is an in-office role (not remote).

We're hiring an Editor who is both creative and technically-driven. Someone with artistic taste, and thinks from the guest/viewer perspective, with the ability to handle the post pipeline end-to-end.

Things you'll do:
* Edit/finish short-form and long-form pieces for immersive entertainment, themed attractions, marketing, and studio clients
* Run post operations: ingest, organization, master, export/deliver
* Maintain a clean, repeatable workflow across projects (templates, naming, archive discipline)
* Light-to-moderate motion graphics/VFX support (After Effects or equivalent)
* Troubleshoot technical issues calmly and efficiently (codecs, program crashes, storage issues, etc.)
* Support client review with fast-turn on notes and consistent polish

Tools you should know:
• DaVinci Resolve (strongly preferred)
• Adobe Premiere + After Effects (preferred)
• Avid (preferred; proficiency can be secondary if you're excellent in Resolve/Premiere)

What's important:
* Strong editorial instincts and craft (pacing, tone, music/VO, clarity)
* Organized and process-minded (cool under pressure in the edit bay)
* Ownership mentality: you improve systems, find efficiencies (least clicks to accomplish), not just execute tasks
* You can ''fall in love with the project'' and push quality beyond expectations
