Part Time Job
Minimum Requirements:
We are looking for an optimistic, team player with a positive attitude who can join us on a part time basis [50-60%]:
– flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to react calmly under pressure
– discreet, approachable and reliable
– self-motivating and conscientious
– comfortable being a diplomatic communicator of HR information and processes to management
– persistent but willing to find alternative solutions
Job Qualifications:
– excellent written and communication skills in German a must
– good writing and communication skills in English required
– excellent organizational and time management skills
– high level of attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
– excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
– knowledge of Mac OSX, File Maker and Shotgun (our production database) is a big plus
Duties & Responsibilities:
– assisting with writing and distributing contracts and letters, both templates and ad hoc letters
– assisting HR with administrating applications
– reporting vacation, sickness and overtime hours
– receptionist duties, occasionally answering the phone
– maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
– manage petty cash, recording office expenditure and managing office supplies
– reviewing and updating health and safety policies
– facility management
Additional Requirements:
You must have an existing work permit and permission to live in Germany if you are a non-EU citizen.
