To date, we serviced thousands of titles for iTunes, Google Play, YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, Movies Anywhere and others. We also authored thousands of Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD discs. Responsibilities:
Update production trackers including data entry by project for revenue forecasting, actual and billing purpose
Prepare billing packets by matching PO and system's records line by line
Create project estimates for clients by project and language based on rate cards
Heavy data reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project financial data being reported correctly
Responsible for Capex purchasing request process
Maintain CapEx trackers which include entering actual purchases and comparing to estimated forecast
Consolidate and analyze financial data (actual vs budget vs forecast)
Develop and maintain financial and forecasting models using production schedules
Extract data from multiple systems, reconcile and perform variance analysis
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials
Be involved in month-end closing process
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Operations and Executive Management
Ensure all deadlines and schedules are met on time
Document workflow, procedures, checklists, and policies for assigned tasks
Confirm and abide by all internal procedures, policies and regulatory guidance
Abide by security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you
Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or accounting
Proven working experience as a data or financial specialist
Highly Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
Experience in post production and/or localization media services
Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis
Highly Proficiency in MS Office application plus MS Excel
Ability to work cordially with people of different backgrounds in the organization
Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to share knowledge and information at different levels of the organization
