Primary Responsibilities
Oversee one or more client accounts in the client operations localization group; responsible for quality, on-time deliveries and excellent customer service
Responsible for building and managing all levels of client relationships across different lines of business throughout the company
Work with management to strategize and grow the account(s) while maintaining the clients' vision
Work with operational teams to continuously improve workflows and clients' experience on day-to-day workflows and deliveries
Responsible for the leaderships and management of client operations team; training, recruiting and building a world class team of client operations project managers
Train project managers both locally and at off-site facilities, ensuring that all are ultimately meeting highest quality standards, aligning with the strategic vision for the clients and performing to expectations
Work closely with technical operations and in-territory localization teams to mitigate risks in quality and delivery deadlines
Work with project managers to create a deadline-oriented team of client services
Work closely with management to establish and address daily ''Past Due'' and ''At Risk'' reports and additional facility metrics when needed
Ensure that client operations' projects are completed and reported to accounting teams accurately and on time to ensure on time and accurate monthly billing
Document client workflows and profiles
Plan complex global projects and manage the execution of them
Develop and roll out process improvements
Lead Corrective Action Report process upon client rejections and issues to ensure we have proper processes/procedures in place to prevent an issue from happening more than once.
Work with internal staff and management to track and plan weekly capacity
Identify areas of opportunity to enhance clients' experience in the supply chain and work closely with other department leaders to drive initiatives and to execute on those opportunities.
Must be punctual, dependable, and flexible and possess a team attitude and willingness to adapt to last-minute changes
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree required, Master's degree a plus
At least 5 years demonstrated strong leadership skills
Demonstrated experience with building, managing and motivating teams
Experience with large-scale project planning experience helpful
Knowledge of digital supply chain workflows with a focus in localization helpful
Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, and using different software
Excellent communication skills, spelling/vocabulary and grammar
Solution-oriented and highly skilled in proactive problem solving for both external clients and internal staff
Ability to handle multiple tasks while focusing on a high amount of attention to detail
Able to maintain a professional, levelheaded demeanor under all circumstances
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines with changing priorities
Ability to work flexible shifts (AM, PM, Weekends) hours when necessary
