Job Summary
The Manager, B2B Analytics supports initiatives within the Business Intelligence and Corporate Partnerships & Hospitality departments through research and analysis. This position analyzes partnership category evaluation, premium inventory pricing, and asset valuation. In addition, this position conducts market research to identify business-to-business opportunities and analyze consumer behavior profiles to be used in pitches to potential partners. The Manager, B2B Analytics discusses and presents analysis to Pirates executives and supports the sales team in presentations and sales pitches in both technical and non-technical ways.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and analysis for Corporate Partnerships & Hospitality department.
• Analyze partnership categories to prioritize and strategically target potential partners and upsell existing partners.
• Provide valuation of partnership assets and evaluates opportunities for new potential assets.
• Works with Director CRM & Consumer Insights to monitor, segment, and prioritize businesses for premium sales opportunities.
• Analyze sales history and industry benchmarks to make premium inventory pricing recommendations.
• Utilize market research tools and sales data to analyze consumer behavior and demographics of Pirates fans and Pittsburgh DMA.
• Works with Director, Partnership Marketing to build and consult in presentations and infographics to enhance sales pitches and recaps.
• Works with Manager, Data Visualization to build reports on analysis and research.
• Collaborates with the Manager, Quantitative Analytics to explore opportunities for predictive analytics for partnership and premium sales.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports for various projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
