Group Sales Manager for PIP'S ISLAND (an immersive theatre experience for children)
Main responsibilities:
Set-up and standardize Pip's Island Group Sales materials and operations, turning it into a well-oiled machine
- Develop marketing materials to communicate Pip's Island special event offerings, and refine them over time as we understand what's most effective
- Create pricing, standard offers, and standard logistics for special events, working with Venue Management team
- Find a catering and other vendor partner(s) that align with our brand aesthetic and standards
- Help us define event staffing needs and develop staffing resources (if needed)
Front-line Sales focus - target minimum $350k in total sales in 2019
- Develop outbound list of sales targets in multiple categories - tour and travel, local business events, holiday events, non-profit gala events, high-end parties, etc.
- Respond to in-bound leads generated by website and other sources
- Act as liaison for group sales agents booking tour and travel groups
- Develop CRM system to track pipeline of sales
- Coordinate senior management and venue management in sales discussions, including sales visits and other needs
Support marketing, brand, and sponsorship events
- Periodically support of marketing and promotional events, including the Grand Opening night party
- Collaborate with the partnership team to create and execute events for paid sponsors (if needed)
