Opportunity:
Picture Head is looking for a Billing Admin who will grow within our Accounting & Finance department. This individual will manage a high-volume workflow of digital marketing billing in an exciting, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Managing high volume workflow of digital marketing billing.
• Work order creation and reconciliation
• Version tracking
• Employee hour entry
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of the operations and practices of post-production
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Xytech MediaPulse
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to work independently
• Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
• Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated time keeping and scheduling system
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or comparable work experience
