POST PRODUCTION ASSISTANT - HYBRID
PIC Collective is an entertainment and motion design boutique based in Hollywood, working across film title sequences, commercials, video games, on-air branding, content packages, editorial, and logo design.
We're looking for a motivated, organized, and resourceful Post Production Assistant interested in motion graphics, editorial, and entertainment.
This is a hybrid, desk-based post production position - not a set PA position.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere
Proficient with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Drive
Comfortable working on Macs
Strong written communication skills
Familiarity with Dropbox, Vimeo, WeTransfer, and Zoom
Social media and Mailchimp experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage calendars, scheduling, reminders, and project organization
Write clear, professional emails to artists, vendors, and clients
Take notes on calls and assist with general production needs
Organize, archive, upload, and deliver project files
Assist with social media and company communications
Support the creative and editorial teams on projects as opportunities arise
We're looking for someone efficient, detail-oriented, punctual, positive, and dependable who takes initiative, meets deadlines, and is eager to learn.
