We are looking for a dedicated Event Manager / Club Promoter to join our team and oversee the planning and execution of various club events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sponsorship, fundraising, time management, communication, guest services, and hospitality.

As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our club events to ensure successful outcomes.

Designing and managing the marketing of PHONO club events, including distributing flyers and posters online and offline

Handling social media by scheduling posts and engaging with followers Organising event logistics, including, props for themed nights and timings Contacting customers before and after events

Managing and improving relationships with artists, customers and venue hirers

Duties:

• Plan, organise, and execute our club events from conception to completion

• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics

• Manage event budgets, including fundraising efforts and cost control measures - Oversee guest services to ensure a positive experience for attendees

• Utilise upselling techniques to maximise revenue opportunities during events

• Collaborate with brands partners for event arrangements

• Maintain high standards of organisational skills to keep track of multiple event details

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Club Promotion and Event Management or related field

• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure - Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders effectively

• Knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques

• Experience in guest services and hospitality industry is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
