Security Supervisor
Facility: Player 15 Group Headquarters
Phoenix, AZ
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Security Supervisor to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of security for Player 15 Headquarters, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Event & Day-Day Operations
• Supervise staff during events and facility operations to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor event timelines and staffing coverage to meet operational needs
• Manage Security Control Room monitoring access control systems and video surveillance cameras.
• Serve as point of contact for on-site issues during assigned shifts
Staff Supervision & Leadership
• Direct, coach, and support hourly employees to maintain service and safety standards
• Assist Security Manager in processing staff payroll.
• Schedule their area or shift and be able to handle call offs and adjustments
• Assign tasks and adjust staffing in real time based on event flow and attendance
• Enforce workplace policies, procedures, and dress code expectations
• Provide feedback and report performance issues to management
• Properly fill out Disciplinary Action Forms (DAFs) and corrective action for managers approval
• Engage in discussion & complete coaching connects with their area/shift personnel
Customer Service & Guest Experience
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure staff delivers a high level of guest service at all touchpoints
• Escalate sensitive or high-risk situations to management or security as needed
Safety & Compliance
• Enforce safety protocols, emergency procedures, and facility rules
• Conduct walkthroughs to identify hazards or operational issues
• Ensure compliance with venue policies, local regulations, and event-specific guidelines
• Respond to incidents and complete required documentation
Communication & Reporting
• Maintain clear communication with managers and cross-functional teams
• Complete shift reports, incident logs, and attendance records as required
• Relay event updates and operational changes to staff efficiently
Other Responsibilities
• Support special events, rehearsals, and non-game-day operations
• Assist with training new hires and mentoring team members
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs
What We Need from Our Security Supervisor:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Proficiency in ProWatch Access Control system/Avigilon Camera system
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours
Experience/ Education Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years security experience
• Previous supervisor experience preferred

• Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.
• This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%
• S-Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
• Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
• Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
