We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Group Experience Game Crew team member. This position will be responsible in providing support to the Ticket Sales Team during group events and/or fan experiences typically tied to games.
What Will You Do:
• Assist the organization with the facilitation of group experiences and events during home games
• Provide assistance with group experiences and non-game day events (ie- membership, group leader, or client prospected events)
• Assist with group giveaways pre-game, during game, and/or post home games
• Duties may vary/change based on event
What We Need From Our Game Crew:
• Strong customer service skills
• A friendly, professional, and upbeat personality
• Maintain a professional manner around athletes
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Ability to work approximately 80% of Suns and Mercury games which includes weeknights, weekends and holidays
Experience/ Education Requirements:
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with youth a plus

• Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays to meet business needs
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for various periods of time
• Occasional travel from time to time for professional development
• This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%
• Ability to lift 10 – 25 pounds occasionally
• Position is predominately computer-based, requiring the use of a computer monitor
• Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person
• Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
