Facilities Flex Crew – PM Events

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Facilities Flex Crew team member to assist with events set up throughout the arena.

What You Will Do:
• Participate in the preparation, setup and completion of conversions and all aspects of events as needed.
• Assemble basketball courts, stages, and all aspects of events as needed.
• Interact with internal departments to meet their day-to-day building needs.

What We Need from Our Facilities Flex Crew:
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lift an excess of 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to communicate via work radio.

Experience/ Education Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED or relevant experience

What You Can Expect:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by Facilities Flex Crew to optimally perform the essential functions of this role.
• Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.
• This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <10%
• Very Heavy Work – Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the radio and in-person.
• Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
