We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Premium Events & Experiences Coordinator to assist team members with the oversight and execution of premium events and experiences for Partners, Members and Prospects to assist in retaining and generating revenue.
What You Will Do:
• Collaborate with Strategy & Service team members to execute partner-related events (e.g. develop run of show and manage events onsite)
• Responsible for post event debriefs to record successes and areas of improvement
• Utilize existing planning processes to gather pertinent information as it relates to the completion of events and experiences
• Work closely with inter-departments and third-party vendors to support events, hospitality and in-market activations (e.g. player appearances, Fantasy Camps, B2B events, VIP gameday experiences, etc.)
• Coordinate talent appearances for events (e.g. mascot, dancers, emcees, players, alumni)
• Assist GPS Sales initiatives as needed (e.g. new business pitches)
• Support department with gameday hospitality (e.g. pre/post-game private receptions, VIP suites, group nights)
• Build out backend event elements using creative software (e.g. CVENT, Canva)
• Manage inventory of promotional giveaway items and department premium gifting (e.g. autograph items, team apparel, meeting gifting)
• Regular travel in-market to support department (e.g. vendor/client pickups and drop-offs, offsite events)
• Other duties as assigned as related to the position (typically 15% - 20%)
What We Need From Our Premium Events & Experiences Coordinator:
• Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience/ Education Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• College degree – Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience (preferred)
