What Will You Do:
• Coordinating and supervising regular building maintenance and repairs.
• Maintaining a safe environment for all occupants and visitors.
• Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets.
• Negotiating and liaising with third-party service providers.
• Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports.
• Ensuring facilities are following applicable policies, regulations, and building codes.
• Responding to inquiries and requests by staff and resolving any problems or issues.
• Coordinate and lead events hosted in the facility.
• Run parking lot including access and spot allocation.
• Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate with Suns IT and AV departments to address technology needs and enhancements.
What We Need From Our Building Manager:
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a professional sports organization is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Ability to strategically delegate tasks to team members.
• Skilled and capable of working under pressure and confident problem-solver.
• Quick learner who is adaptable to change.
Experience/ Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, or a related field preferred
• GED or High School Diploma Required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a building manager or in a similar role
