We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Brand Marketing Manager with the Brand Marketing Department. This position will be responsible for creating brand platforms and experiential marketing events, as well as measuring the impact of these initiatives. This role manages two brand marketing interns.

All work, including remote work, should be performed within Arizona.
What Will You Do:
• Creation of marketing plans supporting key initiatives and oversight of implementation
• Optimize Marketing campaigns with strategic corporate sponsors, charities, and retail
• Serve as Phoenix Suns Charities Marketing liaison for marketing efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production of brand marketing videos/campaigns
• Serve as marketing department lead on all additional event and experiential activations
• Oversee Marketing special projects
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance
What We Need from Our Brand Marketing Manager:
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Expert knowledge of key marketing concepts
• Video and photoshoot production experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to focus and be flexible in pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• This role manages two seasonal brand marketing interns
Experience/ Education Requirements:
• Required:
• 3-5 Years of experience at a major brand agency or sports/entertainment entity
• Required: Video production, experiential and event marketing experience
• Preferred:
• Marketing or Communications degree or relevant experience

• Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays to meet business needs

• This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <10%
• Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person
