Title: Digital Media Producer

Reports to: Video Production Manager
Status: Organizational Internship
Position Overview:
The Phillies are looking for a highly motivated video producer to manage video content for all Phillies social media platforms. The producer must have excellent shooting, editing, writing and organizational skills as well as experience in telling stories through videos and photos.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Works closely with the Social Media and Marketing departments to create original content for all Phillies social media outlets
• Be able to explore new video formats and storytelling devices, such as 360-degree video or any formats that are developed and suitable to a mobile experience
• Write, produce, shoot and edit original content for all social media platforms
• Develop graphic elements and treatments for videos to engage users
• Ability to produce digital videos using different types of equipment, including: cameras, camera rigs, lighting, and audio
• Works with the Video Services department and assists in creating scoreboard production elements
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years experience working in Adobe Premiere Pro
• 3-5 years experience working with HD camcorders
• 3-5 years experience working in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
• Experience with cinema camcorders a plus
• Experience in VR, AR, and 360 video a must
• Experience with script writing a plus
• Knowledge with digital asset management and metadata a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in groups
• Ability to work flexible hours including: evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have transportation and be willing to travel to events outside the ballpark
• General baseball knowledge a must
