Game-Day Incident Report Team

JOB SUMMARY

The Incident Report Team is responsible for assisting with incident report entry for various types of issues that occur throughout the ballpark via our incident management software.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Document all incidents that occur at the ballpark: security, medical, fan or building issues.
• Input detailed information into the incident management system.
• Respond to radio calls.
• Provide exemplary customer service to all guests.
• Assist security guards at all positions.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Comfortable with two-way radios, iPads, computers, and other technology.
• Ability to be independent and responsible without constant supervision.
• Constant attention to detail and strong writing skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a high activity and heavily crowded environment.
• Communicate effectively with guests and other employees.
• Maintain a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, for ballpark games and other events. Consideration given for personal commitments and other work obligations.
• Willingness to work in varying outdoor weather conditions for extended periods of time (cold, heat, rain, etc.)
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an FBI fingerprint clearance and a criminal background check.

Job Questions:
