Position Summary:
The Philadelphia 76ers are seeking a highly-motivated, focused, and professional individual to fill their Coordinator, Ticket Operations position within their growing front office. The Ticket Operations Associate is responsible for assisting in all aspects of ticket operations and will be an integral member in the execution of event creation, payment processing, ticket distribution and other key platforms. In addition, the department prides itself on providing exceptional support to all staff and fans in attendance at home games.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Works closely with all departments to prove front line ticketing support that includes fulfillment and processing, through a service-oriented mindset
• Coordinate and assist in any ticket office projects such as mailing, invoices, etc.
• Box office duties on game day including, but not limited to, delivering will call tickets to the box office
• Assists with execution and fulfillment of the Sixers season ticket renewal process and on-sales for each respective season
• Assists in the processing of monthly bill plans including payment, declines and health reports
• Coordinates the distribution of tickets for season ticket membership plans, group sales, and single game tickets
• Attends and works all Sixers home games and other special events such as Select-A-Seat and Open Houses
• Provides front end support to box office manager, window sellers, and guest services on game night
• Other duties assigned

Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor degree from four-year college or university
• Minimum 1-year experience working with Spectra ticketing (preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
