PETROL, a leading full-service advertising agency specializing in progressive marketing for some of the biggest brands in tech, sports, and video gaming-among many more-is seeking TWO (2) full-time Sr. Global Brand Manager.
With dedicated departments for print services, motion graphics, AV, social media, interactive/digital, as well as media planning & buying, we regularly develop fully integrated global marketing campaigns for some major brands across genres. This an amazing opportunity to be part of a world-renowned TEAM!
As a Brand Manager, you will oversee some of our upcoming IP's and games that are within the group of companies. You will be reporting into the Account Team Director/s and will develop strategic solutions for bringing products to market. This includes the brand strategy, research, audience segmentations and go-to-market strategies. You will work with the publishing, development and agency teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
Our teams work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. To be successful in our culture, the ideal candidate should be willing to stay up to date with the big news in gaming and pop culture and open to discussing these topics with the larger group during brainstorms. You should not be afraid to ask questions or seek out support from other departments when needed.
Daily Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
Build brand strategies for GTM plans and projects
Integrate Plans with teams globally
Project manage programs and work with teams to build campaigns that resonate with global audiences
Work with all teams including creatives, communications, PR, Developers and Publishing
Required Qualifications:
5 -7+ years of experience in marketing experience - delivering successful campaigns to audiences in NA an EU.
Experience in crafting campaigns for gaming and entertainment audiences across all forms of media
Experience with all forms of marketing from retail to channel to influencer marketing a plus
Experience with working on mobile franchises, PC franchises and console games a plus
Experience with feedback and collaboration with in-house strategists, creatives, and external agencies/partners
Experience partnering with 3rd party partners to gather insights or research and the ability to interpret that research into tangible and executable action plans
Experience measuring performance both for paid and organic media types
Experience working with social teams to help measure results and sediment
Experience with working on multiple products at once.
Experience with global campaigns both digital and OOH and OTT
Experience with common marketing analytics platforms or tools
Experience working directly with product owners and game developers
Working knowledge of business objectives and business frameworks (finance and budgeting, operations, project management)
* Final candidates must complete and pass background check.
While performing the duties of this job, you will be frequently sitting at and using a computer, mouse, keyboard and various types of software. You might occasionally need to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 10 pounds.
