Full Time Job
Persona PR is seeking a full time receptionist/assistant to work out of our Los Angeles headquarters. Job duties include: press clippings, answering phones, coordinating schedules, tracking press, mailings, event coverage, assisting with the company social media platforms, and more. Looking for candidates who are creative and excited about the entertainment industry, with a vast knowledge in pop culture, television, film. Must excel in multi-tasking, and assisting busy desks.
Requirements:
Applicants must already be located in the LA area.
Own a Laptop [MAC preferred].
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work as a group or on solo projects.
Proficient in Cision/MuckRack
Be able to write engaging, press driven materials including: biographies, press releases, pitches, and more.
Social media savvy on all platforms.
Flexible hours outside of the required full-time schedule, nights and weekends are frequently requested.
Experience in the PR field is a plus.
Knowledge of the representation world [managers, agents, attorneys] is a plus.
College degree preferred.
