Full Time Job
Persona PR is looking for a full time receptionist/assistant to work out of the Los Angeles office. Job duties will include: press clippings, answering phones, coordinating schedules, tracking press, mailings, event coverage, assisting with the company social media platforms, and more. Looking for someone creative, excited about the entertainment industry, with a vast knowledge in pop culture, television, film, and more.
Requirements:
Applicants must already be located in the LA area.
Own a Laptop [MAC preferred].
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work as a group or on solo projects.
Be able to write engaging, press driven materials including: biographies, press releases, pitches, and more.
Social media savvy on all platforms.
Flexible hours outside of the required full-time schedule, nights and weekends are frequently requested.
Experience in the PR field is a plus.
Knowledge in the representation world [managers, agents, attorneys] is a plus.
College degree preferred.
Available to start in January 2018
