South Jersey Assistant Tournament Director

Rate- $500-700 per week depending on tournament
** All compensation is based upon event execution using allocation below
25%- Prep of Event 50%- One
Game Executed
100%- Two Games Executed
FREQUENT TRAVEL REQUIRED
Primary Duties Covered in Contract Tournament Prep (Weekly):
• Make phone calls/send texts when necessary - Insurance, Rosters, etc.
• Email reminders for registration/waivers Equipment Distribution Plan (Weekly):
• Retrieves tables, tents, chairs, Ipads, radar guns, baseballs, trophies, and all other necessary
• equipment from office/storage unit
• Evaluate and Oversee Staff on Site (Daily)
• Communication with Regional Director for event
• Assist in Scouting Duties:
• Retrieve videos for scouting/social media
• Communicate players/teams to look out for to on site staff for videos Assist in Showcase
• Prep:
• Inventory jerseys
• Assist in Showcase activities:
• Activities may include coaching, recording velocities/times, and coordinating scouting drills
• Tournament Wrap Up:
• Ensuring all equipment is accounted for and safely placed (either to bring back to the office or in storage)
• Making sure to double check all electronics are brought back to the office public speaking ability for trophy presentation
