Fall Intern - Tournament Management

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assisting the Tournament Director with gathering information pertinent to running successful events
• Help coaches with roster input, payments, and schedule request for tournaments
• Provide administrative assistance in PG's main office including, but not limited to, answering phones and providing customer service, etc.
• Work with the Perfect Game Baseball Association Director to facilitate conversations around individual organization and team pages for events
• Prepare event programs for print
• Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

It is preferred that the candidates have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Candidates must have strong verbal skills and be able to work in a fast pace environment. While this is primarily an office position, some travel for direct event assistance could occur.

Start Date: August 2022, this will be a 14 week internship to go along with school timeline. All interns will be paired with a mentor during the internship.
Compensation: $500 per month

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a college/university to receive college credit
