Role & Responsibilities (not limited to):
· Advancing all logistic of shows with artist representatives and venues at the club, theater and arena levels.
· Source vendors to fulfill production and staffing needs when necessary.
· Ensuring that all show expenses are falling within the predetermined budgets.
· Work with associates, venues and vendors to compile all financials and ticketing reports necessary for facilitating the artist settlement on the night of the show.
· Reconcile venue settlements and internals for the company.
· Work with Talent Buyers on compiling estimate and generating budgets for shows.
Skills & Qualifications:
· 2-4 years of related experience in production management, ticketing and operations.
· Basic understanding of accounting principles.
· Ability to travel up to 75% of the year and flexible to work evenings, weekends and holiday.
· Superior organizational skills and ability to multitask.
· Ability to respond in a professional and productive manner under pressure.
· Attention to detail in all aspects of the position.
· Ability to think critically and problem solve.
· Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
