Position Summary: As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to two of our company executives. This role is pivotal in facilitating the efficiency of our operations by managing schedules, organizing travel, and performing a variety of operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- ?Manage and coordinate daily calendars for two executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- ?Organize all aspects of travel arrangements for executives, including flights, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
- ?Assist with operational tasks related to the functioning of the agency, including but not limited to document preparation, data entry, and maintaining records.
- 'serve as a liaison between executives and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely handling of requests.
- ?Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations, (gsuring executives are well-prepared for engagements.
- ?Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- ?Assist with special projects and events as needed, providing logistical support and coordination.
Qualifications:
- ?Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- ?Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- 'strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- ?Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ?Proficiency in the M365 suite, with familiarity with Microsoft Teams as a plus.
- ?Familiarity with InEntertainment software is a plus but not a requirement.
- ?Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus, but not required.
- ?Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- ?A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making capabilities.
- ?Availability to occasionally work outside of standard office hours as needed.
