JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating talent agreements. No entertainment industry experience required, but must demonstrate strong long-term interest in entertainment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• 3-5 years of transactional experience at a major, top- tier law firm
• Current admission to the New York or California bar
• Ability to handle a varied and high-volume workload
• Excellent drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Intellectually curious self-starter with a strong work ethic
